By Rockin’ Ron Carter. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail connects 4 towns along the Green Mountain Byway. The towns are Cambridge, Johnson, Hyde Park, and Morristown. It will soon be part of the longest trail network in New England – a 93-mile network traversing Northern Vermont from Lake Champlain to the Connecticut River! In the Winter the trail is used for walking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skijoring, and snowmobiling. It is even used at night!
